This dialog appears when entering a new insert on to the terrain.
Name: the name of the insert, defaults to the mesh name plus a numeral to make the insert name unique
Object: refers to the object associated with this insert.
User Data Template: specifies which template to use when adding this insert. The default is picked up from the user data template associated with the object. Changing this value will overwrite the values on the user data page.
Position ( X, Y, Z ): this is the position in world co-ordinates of the insert.
Rotation( Pitch, Yaw, Roll ): specifies the rotation when the insert is created.
Fix To Terrain: specifies whether the insert will react to changes in the terrain and maintain its position relative to the terrain.
Casts Shadows: when checked, the object will cast shadows on the terrain texture.
Width: the width of the insert in world units
Height: the height of the insert in world units
Depth: the depth of the insert in world units
Scale: the scale of the insert in world units. Altering this affects the width, height and depth of the insert.
Add custom data to the insert that can be accessed in export plugins. To add a new row, press the add button. To delete the current row, press the delete button and to edit entries double-click on the appropriate entry and the grid will enter editing mode.
